Sunday Morning

Sunday mornings are the best! Coffee drinking (however, I do this all mornings :)), inspirational reading, reflecting on last week and looking ahead to the upcoming week are my pleasures on these mornings. I also like to watch Super Soul Sunday on the O network as well, where there are spirital leader conversations, inspirational stories, and overall thought-provoking talks. Ironically it is actually the NFL Super Soul Sunday today, and the NEW episodes of SSS don't start until next week. Typically, after absorbing the topic and conversation for the morning, I come away with multiple quotes and ideas. This quote from Oprah is one that I have always loved and believe to be true.

"Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher." ~ Oprah.
